Meditation is the key to connection to your highest self.

Meditation is not about becoming a different person, a new person or even a better person. It's about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You're not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You're learning to observe them without judgment. 


Meditation helps to be present in the here and now, fully engaged with whatever we are doing in the moment. 

We offer a range of styles of guided meditations to help ground you into your body and your breath, to anchor you into the space and moment and to guide you to connect to your higher self and to the energy of the Universe.

Through yoga we shift, un-block and unearth energy within, so we can show up in our world lighter, more clear and empowered in our choices and decisions.

Yoga helps to achieve a more balanced and harmonious state of being internally. When embracing this reflective space we can pay attention to all our subtle layers to gain better perspective as to who we truly are, where we are in life and what our bodies, minds and hearts need.

We offer a variety of styles of yoga which include Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative.

The breath reconnects your body, mind, spirit and emotions. It helps dissolve blocks and resolve inner trauma causing stress and anxiety.

In a session, you combine different types of breaths (inhalation and exhalation) for different durations, speeds, and intensities together with breath holds or retentions. This affects the central nervous system and ripples out as physical, mental and emotional changes.

Some breath work benefits are: more energy, vitality, clarity, focus, pain alleviation, resilience, presence and peace.

Breathwork is like a light shining on all the shadows – mental and emotional – so that you can become aware of them and consciously let them go. The breathwork benefits and experience varies widely from person to person and time to time. Sometimes it can be purely physical and you may experience a change of mindset or mood. In a longer session it can go deeper into the roots of your challenges or the essence of who you truly are.

Yoga Session


Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine.

It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. 


Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.


Dynamic Qigong focuses on activating the meridian channels and energy flow by tapping on the acupressure points, and/or practicing gentle and smooth body movements paired with mind regulation, visualisations of energy and slow breaths. It is also sometimes combined with speech sounds.

It's exercises are suitable for all ages from children to the elderly and can be done sitting or standing.

Sound bath

Sound Meditation finds and adjusts frequencies inside the body. This creates harmonious resonance and deep awareness unifying the mind, body, spirit and soul, giving us the ability to affect and inspire our physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual levels. It balances our nervous system right down to a cellular level and it harmonizes and brings balance to our Chakras helping to release blocked energy centres within the body. It restores our internal systems, from our organs to our entire immune system.

Sound Meditation is the perfect opportunity to slow down and deepen our brainwaves, our heartbeats and our breath. 


Reiki + Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing technique in which practitioners can help your body heal itself through touch. “Rei” translates to “universe” or “life force,” and “ki” translates to the physical energy of the body (also known as qi); put together, Reiki translates to “universal life force energy.”

Reiki creates alignemnt to connect you to the Universal life force energy and your higher self. It aids in addressing illnesses and imbalances in the body. It helps to eliminate stress and taps into your emotional, psychological, physical and energetic layers.

Group Connection Workshops

Human beings need connection and want to feel a sense of belonging. Receiving support, supporting another, and by extension, forming connections, are powerful methods for healing and the foundations of belonging.


When we feel a sense of belonging we do not have to change who we are, rather we are able to be who we are. 


All of our containers are supported and a safe space to connect with people experiencing similar struggles. That’s the healing power of a Circle: hearing other people’s experiences echo your own. What you hear in others exists in you.

We can assure you that you will leave our retreats feeling like you have developed a new soul family where we have all shared in an incredible journey and bond together.

Plant Medicine

 Plant Medicine can powerfully assist with healing and opening the heart, bringing clarity and awareness to the subconscious, allowing for emotional release, inner child work and activating your authentic self. 

We offer Psilocybin and Cacao in our Ceremonies and we feel honoured and privileged to share this medicine as a heart opener, an assistant in emotional healing, an ally in creativity and a connector to the Natural world, the higher self and Source.

When medicine is used with the purest of intentions, honouring sacred cultural traditions and practices, and when revered, studied and worked with in and out of ceremony, the experience can be deeply profound, healing and transformative.


All plant medicine carry their own unique blueprint of healing from the natural world, our ancestors and Elders.

The Indigenous peoples and Elders that have held this wisdom deserve to be honoured and respected from start to finish when it comes to any plant medicine.

We wish their voices to be heard, as we know we have much to learn from them as a collective. 

We stand wholeheartedly in sourcing and working with all plant medicine in full integrity and in a way that contributes to the keepers of the medicine, the traditions, the community and Pachamama.
